PRINT HUB – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Agreement
By booking, renting, or submitting print orders through PrintHub, you agree to comply with all policies stated here. These Terms apply to non-members and members.
2. Booking & Rental Rules

All bookings are first-come, first-served.

Rental time starts exactly on the booked schedule, whether the customer is late or early.

Overtime usage will be billed based on the hourly or shift rate.

Customers must bring their approved print-ready files unless using PrintHub design assistance.
3. Payment & Cancellation

Full payment is required before machine usage or print processing.
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
-
Rebooking is allowed once if requested 12–24 hours before the schedule.
4. File Approval & Print Accuracy
-
PrintHub prints exactly based on the customer’s approved file and settings.

PrintHub is not liable for:
-
low-resolution images,
-
wrong colors,
-
typographical errors,
-
incorrect sizes provided by the customer.

Clients must verify size, layout, and spelling before approving.
5. Machine Usage Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Proper handling of machines during rental.
-
Avoiding spills, physical damage, misuse, or forced operation.
-
Following PrintHub staff instructions strictly.
Any damage caused by improper handling will be charged to the customer.
6. Materials & Supplies

Materials used (tarpaulin, vinyl, inks, boards, etc.) will be charged based on usage.

Outside consumables are not allowed, unless approved in writing.
7. Output Quality & Reprints
PrintHub guarantees:

Standard print quality based on machine capability.
-
No reprints for customer-related errors after approval.
Reprints are only provided when:
-
The machine delivered incorrect output due to technical error.
8. Membership Policies
For members:
-
Enjoy discounted rates, priority booking, and special perks.
-
Membership fees are non-refundable.
-
PrintHub may revoke membership due to misuse or abuse of machines/services.
9. Liability Disclaimer
PrintHub is not liable for:
-
Business losses,
-
Missed deadlines caused by customer delays,
-
Power failures, natural events, or system outages.
10. Data & Privacy
We protect all customer files and information.
Files will be deleted 30 days after job completion unless requested otherwise.
11. Governing Law
All services are governed by Philippine laws.
